Site delivery under a dedicated project manager, with daily safety control, weekly progress reporting and documented material approvals.

Quality Inspection
Verifying every element against specification.
Independent checks, snagging and testing of structure, services and finishes before anything is signed off as complete.

Handover
Completing final inspections and delivering the finished project.
Full documentation, warranties, as-built records and a walkthrough with the client, followed by a defined aftercare period.
